2.2 All products are free from harmful chemicals and primarily made with natural ingredients. The products are intended for external use only.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Orders can be placed via our webshop.
3.2 The prices displayed include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.

4. Delivery

4.1 We aim to deliver your order within 14 days of receiving payment.
4.2 If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.
4.3 Delivery will be made to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

5. Returns

5.1 You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged.
5.2 Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
5.3 Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

6. Complaints

6.1 If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
6.2 We strive to resolve complaints within 5 working days.

7. Liability

7.1 Routine Maintenance is not liable for damages resulting from the improper use of our products.
7.2 We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as delivery services.

8.1 Routine Maintenance reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on our website.

9. Applicable Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
